CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel, change, or reschedule your appointment - please do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. If you call to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. If you do not give us any notification, do not show up to your appointment, or cancel within 24 hours of your service - you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. All future appointments at Lush will be postponed until your balance for cancellations and/or no-shows are paid in full. Please notify us via phone call if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations done via email, text, or DM will not be accepted.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We take pride in and stand by our work. If you are unsatisfied with your hair in any way please contact your service provider or the owner within seven days and explain your dissatisfaction. Once the stylist/owner assesses the state of your hair - we can schedule a redo, if appropriate. We do not offer refunds on any services. Product that has been opened can be returned within 14 days. Unopened product can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
CHILDREN
Although we all love children, salons can be a very dangerous and boring place for little ones. Please be sure to arrange childcare before booking your appointments at Lush. For the safety of your children, our stylists, and our other guests - we are being extra mindful of this policy. If you bring your children to an appointment, we will need to reschedule you and there will be a cancellation and/or rescheduling fee.
EXTENSIONS
If you are interested in extensions, please fill out an extensions application in order to be considered as a candidate for extensions. Our Extensions application can be found under the “Extensions” tab on our Lush website.
